This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart and passionate individual with a proven sales record. Experience in CFDs and FX is essential. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Being part of a team based in London dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer onboarding experience
Facilitate outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers
Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chats
No cold calling is involved, the job is heavily centered on engaging warm leads via outbound call campaigns and the vast majority of the day will be spent speaking to clients over the phone, in a fast-paced workplace environment
Provide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience- funding their account, education etc
Encourage and support referrals from existing clients

Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
Passionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customers
Creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player
Can learn complex products quickly
Have computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proactive, KPI-driven representative, able to manage your own client base but driven to source new relationships on own accord
In-depth understanding of the underlying fundamentals of financial markets and FX/CFD trading in particular
Self-motivated that likes working to targets
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset to support our customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading
Experience with CRM (Salesforce or comparative platform) tools
Commitment to continuous improvement
