Our client, a leader within the Proptech and Build to Rent space are looking to add an Account Manager to their Build To Rent team.You will be at the forefront of our clients Build to Rent team working clients and developing key marketing and sales strategies. This is a highly exciting and diverse role and our client are ideally looking for you to be an experienced Residential Sales or Lettings individual.A bit more about the role:Key ResponsibilitiesFull management of client accounts from onboarding, team activation, analytics, and client engagementEffectively promotes the client's brand and the brand of each client's development site to potential tenants and other stakeholdersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and other partnersAct as a trusted advisor to clients and provide expert advice and recommendations on all aspects of the built-to-rent industryProduce high-quality reports that provide insightful analysis and recommendationsConduct analysis on market trends, data, and client requirements to determine the most accurate and fair pricing for each assetDeliver high-quality presentations that effectively communicate the company's products and servicesProject Management of the full lifecycle of tenancies being fully accountable for all stagesOptimise the sales funnel for each account, effectively manages the internal team assignedWhat we look for:Must have at least 3-4 years of real estate experience, ideally within the London property market (Sales, Lettings or New Homes).Have a good understanding of the UK build-to-rent industry and be able to assess the market value for the estimated rental values for each client assetStrategic account management skills and strong business acumenExceptional organisational and time management skillsProven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailProblem solving and critical thinking skillsBe able to manage a life cycle of a projectThis role and company offers a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing company that is a market leader within the BTR space.
