Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen within one of our scientific society clients, a distinguished professional body who publish high-quality medicines information for a global membership base. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to look after the subscription sales and renewals for a range of UK healthcare accounts. Reporting to a UK Team Leader, you will primarily concentrate on UK accounts, with responsibilities including:Cultivating a deep understanding of the product and its value proposition.Maximising sales across assigned territories within the complete digital portfolio.Identifying prospective accounts, arranging meetings with senior decision-makers, and actively pursuing new leads.Providing regular reports and market analysis, diligently maintaining CRM records throughout the sales cycle.Sustaining consistent sales pipelines, activity reports, and sales plans, utilising a CRM platform to organize account activities and schedule client engagements.You will have sales experience, preferably in STM publishing or digital media sales, and a track record of growing digital subscription revenue streams. We are looking for someone who enjoys a consultative selling approach, and who is confident interacting and meeting with clients, and pitching digital products to key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of digital publishing and be able to think of creative solutions to increase subscriptions.
