Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Sheffield. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, planning and executing events, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver exceptional experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated and loves to succeed. You will have new leads every day and a chance to really grow as an account manager and individual.
Qualifications
Experience in sales or account management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience of hitting amd exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Team player with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Knowledge of the events industry and trends
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
