We consider every detail and our teams all play a part.This role is focused on supporting the delivery of the overall Wholesale revenue & profit with responsibility primarily focused on the international channel. As part of the Partnership team the Account Manager will support the Partnership Manager with commercial management of the accounts completing tasks and delivering the business objectives.This is a role focused on supporting the delivery of overall wholesale revenue and sales targets of department.Accounts Operational Support:Be able to identify potential problems and be solution based.Creation and Analysis of Weekly Trading ReportsLiaise with Planning on the Submission of ITB’s (stock needs) to BuyingCoordination of special product requests for Design and BuyingProducing and maintaining purchase order management spreadsheetsAssisting with New Account Set-up ProcessCompleting product set-up and spec sheets as required for accounts.Management of sample requestsOversee administration of direct collections with AdministratorPreparation for Key Account MeetingsLiaise with VM teams to deliver seasonal guidelines.Partnership Team Support:Produce monthly best sellers power point/pdf for customers and internal reviews.Calendar management including support on booking and organising sales appointments.Support setup of showrooms as required for Key Account MeetingsSupport the Regional sales team at trade shows when required.Organising delivery of POS materials upon requestTeam admin: Weekly Movements, HR Forms, Expenses, Commission calculationsProficiency in and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook Calendars, PowerPoint and WordAbility to work in fast paced environmentGood interpersonal skills; approachable and able to manage expectations of both customer and internal managersDriven and proactive individual with a passion for working within a high performing team environmentSolid administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Experience/understanding
