Oktopost is searching for a self-motivated and proactive Account Manager to join the global team focusing on the EMEA and APC markets. ResponsibilitiesDevelop long-term customer relationships, while promoting retention and loyaltyManage expansion opportunities and renewal processes for a portfolio of customersWork closely with the Customer Success team to identify new value areas for existing customersWork closely with Oktopost departments on clients’ needs and pains, in order to maintain the expansion and growth of the productCreate, build, and project your own Forecasting and Reporting using our CRM and toolsRequirements2+ years of experience in an Account Management or other client-facing roles with sales experience from lead to closeQuota carrying experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalentExcellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills - a mustProven experience and success in growing accounts’ Book of Business while driving value, overachieving targets, and creating a meaningful rapport with key stakeholdersSuper organized and a quick learnerWorks well under pressure and targetsExperience with Salesforce - an advantageExperienced in a SaaS environment - an advantageStrong knowledge of digital marketing - an advantage
