Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our property business.
Responsibilities:
Owning the delivery, ongoing support, adoption, and expansions of your allocated customers.
Act as the main point of contact for your customer.
Handle upselling and renewal enquiries for your customer.
