Feeding off each others’ talent and our clients’ challenges, you will slot right in and level up our creative excellence around the world.In short, you are a natural in organising clients and agency teams to generate exceptional results while building an effective and consistent client experience.Responsible for building and maintaining an indispensable client experience, managing authentic relationships with our global client portfolioOrganise and lead client meetings, connecting Poole to Silicon Valley, to ensure everyone is always well informed, following up on important actions and sharing feedback with the studioWork closely with our production manager to ensure all projects, from conception to completion, are moving through the studio and are delivered on time, on budget and exceed client expectationsCollaborate with our designers and technical teams to ensure projects are scoped and planned correctly, offering guidance and support throughout, to achieve our clients goalsPrepare clear and concise briefs for new requests or projects, demonstrating an understanding of your clients’ business and their challengesStay on top of weekly status reports, managing budgets and playing a key role in identifying opportunities to grow and evolve our client accountsContribute to the continual review of internal processes and procedures to ensure we are offering the best experienceSupport our Client Services Director in achieving their objectives.Familiar with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, and other similar project/time management toolsHave at least 3 years of agency experience in an accounts role.Other superpowersYou are a super positive, energetic, and friendly person and take pride in your workYou thrive on embracing any challenge with a positive can-do attitudeYou are an enthusiast and love hearing about new technologiesYou align with our company values: Humble, Authentic, Curious and Kick-AssNerds with benefits28 days holiday plus we close the studio at ChristmasPension plan, sick pay and strong remuneration packageKit: Macbook Pro, magic mouse and keyboardMonthly team lunches, coffee and other goodies on the houseBiannual appraisals, opportunity for progression and further trainingRegular team socials, events and all hands sessionsHiring ProcessOur company may be small, but hiring is a big deal for us.
