Affiliate/Retail Partner Account ManagerWe are the global leader in travel SIM card and eSIM retail. SIM Local is one of the world’s largest mobile connectivity providers in the travel sector with offices in Dublin and London.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our affiliate partners are receiving the best possible service, their needs are met and that they continue to do business with the company, along with maximising sales and revenue opportunities for both Sim Local and their partners. Effective communication, problem-solving skills and a customer centric approach are essential for this role. This position will play a critical role in managing affiliate partner relationships, achieving affiliate partner objectives and contributing to the company’s growth by finding news ways of increasing sales and surpassing targets.Our ideal candidate would be:Someone who had some form of physical retail experience and a buying background in retail or some level of transferable skillset on account management in telecom or a similar industry.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain a long lasting relationship with our clientsConduct regular visits to identify new opportunities and additional improvements that will involve sales, marketing, product and price changes, staff training etcAccount Planning and Strategy:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to increase salesTrack and report on key performance indicator (KPIs) for each account either to clients and Sim Local higher management teamAccount Budgeting and Project Management:Monitor and manage financial aspects of client accounts including staff budgets and other aspectsManage client agreements and expectations agreed contractuallyOversee and coordinate projects and deliverables related to the client account that can include working with cross-functional teamsClient Retention and Business Improvement:Develop and implement retention strategies with current clients and future prospectsStay informed on industry trends, competitors and airport changes and passenger numbers for a better recommendation and reporting on sales trends to the business and clientsWhat benefits would I get?Salary: depending on experience23 days annual leave + an additional day’s annual leave for each complete year worked subject to a maximum of 25 days per year!Both Irish and British bank holidaysReferral SchemeMaternity BenefitThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that cares about its people, likes to promote talent from within, and is continually growing in new markets.
