Job Description
Morgan McKinley is looking for an Account Manager to join a dynamic team in a newly refurbished office, with a built-in gym, jacuzzi and break-out area with a pool table!, and free onsite parking. The offices are based in the Horsham area, ideally, you will be a driver due to the location.
This role is ideal for someone with previous Account Management experience or a graduate with fantastic communications skills.

Account Manager duties:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges
Upsell to existing customers
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and support
The ideal Account Manager will have/be

Previous experience in an account manager role or a similar environment
Excellent communications skills
Very well organised
Able to work under pressure
