Are you an experienced Account Manager / Senior Sales Administrator who is looking for the next step in their career? A well-respected local small business is looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to nurture and develop their current client base as well as seeking new business opportunities.

You will be part of a small but tenacious team who have carved their way through their market to become the UK's leading distributer in their industry.
The Opportunity
Management of Key Accounts - ensuring your most loyal customers are receiving the very best level of service.
Seeking new revenue opportunities, taking a consultative approach to your clients to tailor the best solution for their needs.
Taking a proactive approach to new business development, using your expanding market knowledge to identify prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales materials, campaigns and products.
Taking ownership of Customer queries, from product advice through to complaints resolution to ensure continuity of service.
Working closely with your colleagues in the sales administration, customer service and distribution departments to reinforce collaborative working relationships with the Customer in mind.
Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm with an early Friday finish
The Candidate
You will be an experienced Sales Administrator / Key Account Manager who has a demonstrable skillset in managing and developing new and existing business. You will be a team player with a true passion for delivering an excellent level of customer service. Industry experience is not essential, however exposure to the manufacturing or distribution industries would be beneficial.
