Jackson Hogg is looking to recruit an Account Manager for a fantastic growing business based in Newcastle.



Key Responsibilities




  • Client Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing / new clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

  • Business Development - Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the existing client base & prospecting new clients, introducing new services and solutions to meet their evolving needs.

  • Sales Targets - Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals.

  • Market Analysis - Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaboration - Work closely with the sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and proposals.

  • Feedback and Reporting - Gather client feedback to enhance service delivery and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and client satisfaction.



Requirements




  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a service led sector

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Full UK Driving license and willingness to travel as needed
