Description of the role:
- Secure new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships within the cosmetics industry.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability within assigned customer accounts.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and margin expectations.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within target market segments.
- Prepare contact reports, quotations, and production orders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Manage risks and opportunities, reporting findings to the Sales Director.
- Assume commercial responsibility for pricing and after-sales support.
About you:
- Proven track record as an Account Manager, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
