Account manager/ Service Deliver Manager

Tank are working with a renewables company who are recruiting for an Account manager/ Service Delivery Manager on a permanent basis in Exeter.

Overview

To be the first point of contact for clients in the running of their portfolio and provide high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for Asset Owner and Asset Management
• Ensuring the company deliver on all aspects of the O&M contracts.
• Liaising with the monitoring team about the performance of the sites
• Development, submission and closing of proposals to optimise performance of your portfolio.
• Asset monitoring to support the Service Delivery requirements.
• On call duty in support of Service Delivery rota
• Contract budget and profitability responsibility.

Specification:

• Previous experience in client relations
• Previous service delivery/ account manager experience
• Asset Management experience (desirable)
