An award-winning medical communications agency is actively seeking a dynamic Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join their team permanently. Based out of their North East of London office, they embrace a flexible model with a hybrid working pattern.

Role:
As the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the company, overseeing the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects. Under the guidance of the Account Director, your responsibilities span a wide range, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility for project oversight, providing guidance to junior team members as necessary to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes within agreed-upon deadlines and budgets.
Monitor project progress using designated project management systems, ensuring alignment with established outcomes, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
Drive organic growth within existing client relationships by actively identifying opportunities and presenting innovative solutions.
Contribute to new business initiatives, actively engaging in the development of communication strategies, crafting tactical proposals, preparing budgets, and presenting at pitches as required.
Efficiently coordinate and direct third-party suppliers and freelancers to guarantee the cost-effective and quality delivery of project objectives.
Requirements:
To be the ideal candidate you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Hold a minimum of a first-degree qualification in life sciences.
Demonstrate a proven track record in successfully managing client projects within one or more medical communications agencies, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Embrace a considerate approach to bring out the best from both clients and agency team members.
Display excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
