We support organisations who are transforming their business through the implementation of software, Smartsheet in particular.We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager at Invoka Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our clients.Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be a self-starter and responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who excels at communication, problem-solving, and opportunity management.The ideal candidate will be a sound communicator, detail-oriented and driven by making an impact for our customers, “undersell – over-deliver” is the mantra for this role and every role in the company.The role is based in Central London and will be office-based 4 days a week.RequirementsCustomer-facing background.Of graduate calibre with 4+ years of Account Management experience in Marketing or Sales.Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership potential, and the desire and ability to take ownership of work.Ability to articulate software products to customers.Willing to travel periodically based on customer and business needs.Legally authorised to work in the U.K.Nice to have:Collaborative Work Management industry
