Direct message the job poster from ClarifyAs a result of our success, we’re looking for a brilliant, passionate and accomplished Account Manager to join our Marketing Services team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and results to our clients. You’ll be responsible for owning the day-to-day campaign activities, making sure we’re always one step ahead, as well as adding real value to client thinking and the approaches we take collectively. This position has plenty of autonomy, allowing you to really make a mark and grow with the business as more success follows.Role Responsibilities:Campaign CreationDrive and manage integrated campaigns that create cut-through and deliver exceptional resultsOwn the day-to-day activities and client servicing across multiple accounts at any one timeSupport in the planning and delivery of digital demand, lead gen campaigns, and account based marketing programmes – executing across multiple channels including, but not limited to, content syndication, display advertising, social activation, and physical content creation.Managing internal and external teams to ensure the highest levels of creativity, execution and productionEnsuring that the agency’s service and campaign delivery is efficient and in line with the client’s objectives, exceeding expectations and producing the desired resultsClient ManagementContinually bringing value to any and all client interactions through always-on awareness, learning and a passion for innovationDrive sales growth through solid campaign management and delivering exceptional levels of client serviceHelp to identify, communicate, and escalate any issues, liaising across all teams involvedFeel comfortable and confident both supporting on, and leading, client calls with senior stakeholdersReporting and MeasurementMonitor and report campaign progress internally and externally, seeking guidance from team specialists as appropriateOwnership of budget tracking and overall financial performance per account, reporting into Account Director to ensure commercial successDrive improvements in margin and performance where possible, without compromising quality or deliveryClient forecasting and invoice coordination (clients and suppliers)Supporting in the creation of account plans to help signpost further opportunities, and how we broaden and deepen engagementA bit about you...As with all roles at Clarify, having the brains and desire is critical - but you’ll also have been excelling in some, or all, of the below…Inspiring and managing clients in FTSE 250 companies, across multiple stakeholders, adding real value to their output and performance (minimum of two years’ marketing agency experience is essential)Helping to plan, manage and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns that deliver on budget, on time, and that exceed expectationsGrowing existing accounts as result of the value you deliverGuiding, managing and working well with external resource to ensure a seamless end productYou’ll also be able to demonstrate that you’re an exceptional project manager, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of understanding and persuading clients on the best course of action.
