We are looking for a Brand IP Account Manager to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to work for Clarivate, a global market leader providing Intellectual Property solutions for the entire IP lifecycle.The Account Manager is responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customer accounts to achieve the desired new business and retention rates. This role will report to the regional Sales Director for the Brand IP Business and will be responsible for selling Brand IP (Trademarks) subscription-based products, workflow software and services, covering the entire trademark life cycle.If you have a proven track record of success in growing business with the ability to sell consultative business solutions, we want to hear from you.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsA self-starter who is not afraid of taking the initiative and generating their own ideas on how to find and grow new businessPersistent, driven and motivated to overachieve against targetBachelor’s degree and minimum of 5+ years of experience in a sales role, with a demonstrated track record in consultative salesBuild and develop a robust pipeline with a clear focus on increasing deal size and velocityStrong account management and planning skillsAbility to develop an understanding of business challenges related to IP and R&DLanguage Proficiency: English fluent. French and/or Dutch is a plus.Can prioritize and be flexible in a changing environmentGreat organization and time management skills, knowledge of SalesforceDesire to grow in your career and work in a fast-paced environmentPartner with Marketing and Pre-sales to develop and execute sales campaigns and lead generation activitiesIt would be great if you also had . .Business intelligence or SAAS sales experience in the IP industry with focus on TrademarksExperience of attending and exhibiting at industry events and conferencesExperience working with end customers and local agent networksExisting knowledge of Clarivate products/services and their competitors is a distinct advantageWhat will you be doing in this role?Develop and execute a territory plan, as well as individual strategic account plans, focusing on retention and new business growth strategiesFocus on client relationships to ensure retention of existing revenue, whilst widening the account footprint through new business opportunitiesKeep accurate records, manage pipeline and forecast on SalesforceMaintain a strong matrix of relationships at appropriate levels within the client organizationPresent a consistent and professional image of Clarivate to clients, while building high levels of client satisfactionAchieve new business and renewal revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisContinually build lP industry knowledge to keep pace with trendsUp to 30% travel requiredAbout the Team In the IP division, accelerate innovation is at the core of what we do.With our contextual intelligence: expertise, data and technology; we support all kinds of customers in their decision making, R&D solutions and IP protection. This role will report to the Sales Director, Segment Sales.Hours of WorkFull-time, permanent role based in London, hybrid 2-3 days' per week in the office.
