Four’s health media team is currently seeking an account manager to coordinate key accounts in the pharmaceutical, health and life sciences sectors. We are offering a unique opportunity for someone to grow their career and take ownership of key global or in-market account(s) as part of a highly successful and award-winning team of expert paid-media planning and buying specialists.We require a proactive, keen and driven individual with exceptional client management, logistical and data-analysis skills and be an integral part of our busy team. You will bring attention to detail, a solutions-focused mentality, be commercially-minded and capable of multi-tasking to deliver high quality work under pressure.Ideally, you will have a sound knowledge and experience of managing clients and campaigns in paid-media, digital media or general marketing and advertising. Experience within health and/or pharmaceutical advertising and marketing would be advantageous, though not essential (training will be provided). We are looking for someone who encapsulates all of these skills:One or more of the following skills would be particularly advantageous:Demonstrable media planning experience (either B2B or B2C)Experience within direct, programmatic, social media, OOH, DOOH advertisingAdvanced digital knowledge and an immediate ability to work with digitally advanced clientsExperience in digital media tools and systems (such as Google Campaign Manager)Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to express ideas clearlyExcellent numeracy skills and accuracyGood interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a teamCommercial awareness and financial acumenInitiative and ability to identify issues and develop solutionsCreativity and ability to generate ideasGood organisational skills with a strong attention to detailDesire to learn about all areas of the businessAbility to handle a busy workload, prioritise and be flexibleGood level of proficiency with required IT packages: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, WordMulti-lingual would be advantageousKey aspects of the role:Client handling and managementAttend meetings and present ideas/outcomes to clientsUnderstand and contribute towards recommendations to maximise success for your clientEnsure the smooth running of your client team supporting the account director and working with the account managers and executives to deliver an exceptional client experiencePlanning, execution and analysis of paid-media campaigns - provide organisational excellence to ensure flawless planning and execution of media campaignsCreate proposals and reports in PowerPoint and contribute towards visually appealing media plans using ExcelManipulate, analyse and interpret data in ExcelDeliver a high standard of data reporting based on working with both campaign data and existing data sources – delivered in both written and verbal formatIdentifying opportunities via media monitoring and active networkingLiaise with key stakeholders (publishers, creative agencies, internal teams) to ensure key campaign milestones are reached and client is fully informed of the status of their accountNegotiate the best possible pricing/ deliverables as part of your buying remitDevelop your understanding of healthcare systems, pharmaceutical advertising and therapy areas that are relevant to your clientWhat we offer you:A supportive, sociable and inclusive work environment which supports creativity, individuality and excellenceExposure to key clients within healthcare marketingA defined career path with opportunities for growth across our businessThe opportunity to learn new skills and specialiseA central east-London location with hybrid-working policyEquality and diversity statement:We are proud of our diverse community at Four and are committed to reflecting the diversity of the world in which we live.
