This team is the fastest growing sales team, globally. They are a proud, collaborative and ambitious team, leading the way. There is huge potential to earn.You will be responsible for developing business within well-established accounts through cross selling and upselling. If you have a sharply honed consulting style, this is your chance to be an integral part of their own growth and revenue achievements.Key Accountabilities:As their newly appointed German speaking Account Manager you will cultivate new and existing business. You will apply and share knowledge including; keeping abreast of market trends and evolving client needs and using this to deliver client solutions as well as continually promote the company brand in the market.What they are looking for?Proven outbound sales experienceExcellent/ native proficiency German required, in addition to EnglishA Bachelors or Masters in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business-related discipline would be an advantage but not essentialDemonstrated ability to serve in a role with revenue responsibility and able to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goalsAbility to manage multiple commercial processes, forecast with precision and identify challenges to a positive commercial outcome.Strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adaptability.The ability to build business relationships at a senior level.Ability to use internal influence to ensure that the full capabilities of the business are brought to bear in serving their clients.Salary - £35K - £40K+ Uncapped CommissionLocation - Thames Ditton (Hybrid circa 3 x days in the office)Our client is open to both bright graduates or experienced Account Managers, BDR/SDR’s looking to step into a closing role and Sales professionals or Recruiters looking to move into IT Sales.This proposition would be an ideal opportunity for anyone with an interest in people and psychology and understands HR processes and business-related disciplines.Please get in touch with #####
