There is no commission or hard sell... this is a team , consultative role with warm relationship! Senior Account ManagerHybrid - 2 days office! OTE = £65K (£45k Basic + £20k expected bonus. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing client projects, conducting client meetings and presentations, providing strategic advice, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.You will requireProven experience (at least 5 years) in account management or sales - preferably within consulting/B2B.Bachelor’s degree in business, or management, or a related field.Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Proficiency in CRM software (they use Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong business acumen and ability to understand client needsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsExperience in conflict management, culture change, or leadership development is a plusFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareRelevant industry certifications or qualifications are beneficial
