Account Manager – Packaging Graphics One of the leading players in the packaging graphics and brand management sector has an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Account Manager to be based at a prestigious client’s head office. You will be joining its dynamic team of fellow account managers, designers, workflow specialists, colour specialists and printing experts. This account management role will be responsible for theoverseeing of customer service activities relating to the supply of ourclient’s goods and services to this major blue chip client; upholding anddeveloping the client relationship whilst ensuring consistent quality of workis produced. For this role you must have an ability to prioritise varioustasks, in conjunction with interpersonal and client service skills. You will have one main goal to focus on: the delivery of customerservice based on measurable key performance indicators and quality control. Youmust demonstrate influencing skills, be able to understand the client and thework it produces and have an ability to lead the client’s decisionmaking.
It is essential that candidates have a good understanding ofreprographicsand print or packaging.
