Our clients based close to Portsmouth are an electronics manufacturing business and have an exciting opportunity for an Account Leader to join their growing team.This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, with autonomy and opportunity.Duties & Responsibilities: Manage all commercial aspects of an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
Provide front-end interface to customer for order handling while coordinate with Operation team on the back-end to ensure on-time deliveries of orders.
Maximize sales revenue with existing accounts.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure financial health of each account by monitoring its profitability, inventory levels, credit exposure and payments and action plans to drive for necessary improvements.
Guarantee high customer satisfaction by driving Operations team to consistently meet target for on-time delivery and quality, as well as additional customer designated KPI’s.
Conduct quarterly business reviews against account-related agreements.
Prepare quotations for new projects and lead the commercial/contractual negotiations to secure the projects.
Develop the long-term account strategies.
Be responsible for developing strategies to promote the growth on assigned accounts.
Develop and lead the team. Required skills & experience: Experience working in an Account Leader, Management or related position within the Electronics Manufacturing Services would be desired.
Strategic planning experience Conversant with ISO9001 Leadership / mentoring experience
