The Role
Commercial Account Handler
Responsible for managing a portfolio of Client from Cradle to Grave
Assisting with client enquirers in a timely and professional manner
Building and maintaining relationships with Clients and Insurers coupled with attending meetings at times
Ensuring a high renewal retention rate
Issuing client documentation including renewal invitations, mid term adjustments, cancellations and new business quotations
Requirements
2+ years experience as an Commercial Account Handler
Classes of Business Commercial Property/Property Owners/Real Estate
Cert CII Qualification preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long standing relationships
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
