Account Handler
Permanent - Full Time Hours
�23 000 to �27 000 DOE
Due to expansion, our client, a welcoming insurance agency based on the Isle of Wight are seeking an account handler to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity for candidates who are seeking a new career, within a supportive environment, with career progression for the right individuals.
As the successful account handler, you will be supporting the account managers on a day-to-day basis. Daily tasks will include but won't be limited to.
- Support the account managers with monthly insurance renewal processes.
- Review and advise on customer policies when necessary.
- Obtain appointments to meet company targets.
- Develop and retain working relationships internally, and externally.
- Process and despatch policy documentation when appropriate.
- Monitor and arrange meetings with clients when required.
Role requirements.
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft programmes.
- 5 GCSE's grade A* to C, or 5 GCSE's grade 9 to 5.
We would be eager to hear from candidates with a background in insurance, professional services, estate agency or hospitality. Previous experience would be desirable, however full training will be provided.
This role is based between Monday and Friday, 35 hours per week. This role will be predominantly office based, however could potentially be offered as hybrid for the right individual.
