Requirements:

• Previous experience in the insurance industry, ideally in a client-facing role.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.

• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CII certifications) are a plus.
