Account Executive - SaaS Marketplace platform
- £40k-£50k basic + 50% OTE uncapped. London-based, hybrid working
My client is seeking several Account Executives to join their ever-growing team and contribute to their expansion across the UK + and EMEA.
Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will be a key liaison between the platform and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard new clients to the company, expand, nurture, and grow relationships with existing clients, ensure their satisfaction, and retention, and to drive revenue growth through upselling and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Demo, close and onboard new clients
Act as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional support and guidance to clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth.
Gather client feedback and insights to help shape product development and improvements.
Qualifications
2+ years of proven experience in an Account Executive or business development role within the SaaS/Tech industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Start-up experience
Comfortable in a target-driven environment
Ability to analyse data and leverage insights to drive client success.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
