Job Description
As Account Executive you will act as the first point of contact from initial enquiry through to order completion for this award winning customer communications business. You will provide excellence in customer service, internal communication and project management. Build strong customer relationships and work as part of a team to support colleagues and ensure team objectives are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered at all times.
• Co-ordinate internal departments to deliver projects on time and to customers’ expectations
• Work as part of the wider customer services team to ensure all customers receive the best possible customer experience
• Work as part of the Account Management team; supporting the Account Director to build profitable growth and generate new revenue
• Be commercially aware when handling incoming enquiries to ensure best value for the customer whilst delivering profit for the business
• Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Manage client budget and timeline expectations whilst coordinating internal/external teams to deliver to budget and timelines
• First point of contact for customers facing technical issues with online ordering platform
