Based in London and Barcelona, AudioStack was established in 2019 by three co-founders: Timo Kunz, Peadar Coyle and Björn Ühss. Our team consists of highly skilled specialists in machine learning, software development, voice synthesizing, AI research, audio engineering, and product development.
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
Generate meetings by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers.
Work directly with marketing to discover opportunities from leads, and set appointments from those leads.
Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
Research, identify, and generate new opportunities on a weekly basis via the phone and web
Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline
Strategically, build and navigate your book of business to close new business and grow existing accounts
Sell our solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
Skillfully deliver web based and in person presentations using sales best practices
Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex orgs
Consistently exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so
Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a team player
Ideal Candidate
5+ years experience in full cycle sales. Must have prior experience closing deals
Ideally experience working in a high-paced tech & SAAS industry
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills
The ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients
Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated
Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and ideally one additional European language
Must be a creative solutions thinker who can drive sales success
Must be detail oriented and flexible
Interested in pursuing a career in technology
Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment
Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude
Bonus points if you have experience with the following
Industry specific experience
Experience using sales qualification methodology
Experience selling software or cloud based applications to the Enterprise is desired
Experience with PipeDrive (CRM)
