We are delighted to support our client in Paisley recruit an Account Executive looking to take their first step into an Account Executive role within Commercial Insurance Broking. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the first step into a Business Development and Account Management role, growing your own book of business.

Job Tasks

Work with clients to ensure Renewal Retention of no less than 95%

Conduct strategy meetings and follow correct procedures

Conduct Pre-Renewal meetings, updating client requirements and business updates

Work with Account Handlers to update policies

Complete client visits ahead of Mid-Term Adjustments, identifying areas of cover which may need improved

Attend client meetings

Generate New Business through up-selling and referrals

Query handling and account management
