Are you an Account Executive who loves building relationships to secure long-term partnerships?





My client is a growing, ambitious organisation who have been successfully established since 2012. They are looking for an experienced B2B Account Executive to nurture and develop relationships within their partner network.



They are looking for a tenacious, dynamic Account Executive with B2B experience, who is looking to progress their career within a collaborative and fun working environment.

The Account Executive – More Info and Duties:




  • Manage partner accounts and ensure partners are maximising the leads they receive.




  • Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to the network of industry partners.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, positive and profitable partner relationships to maximise company growth.

  • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage customer accounts via in-house bespoke CRM.

  • Handling consumer and partner complaints where necessary.

  • Processing orders and payments.

  • Liaise with other departments across the business.

  • You will be the first point of contact for partners so the role would suit an AM with a positive attitude and a passion for solving customer issues.



Account Executive…Over to you! Our ideal candidate will;




  • Be an Account Executive with at least 2 years of B2B sales or B2B customer service experience.

  • Have excellent rapport building skills - someone who is resilient, adaptable, self-motivated and has a passion for achieving goals.

  • Be an AM who loves making outbound calls (to the current partner network to upsell products – not cold calling).

  • Be a great communicator who is friendly and outgoing- genuinely enjoys dealing with people who can be enthusiastic.

  • Be someone who loves an email. You will be using Outlook every day - using templates provided so you need to be confident utilising email for sales.

  • Be someone who thrives being part of a team - who love helping teammates improve and are always wanting to share ideas and contribute across the business.
