They work inbound to the UK, North America & Continental Europe. They are currently seeking a Account Executive Culture & Heritage and Account Executive Live Entertainment and Sport.Key responsibilities:Planning and executing sales activity plans with a clear focus on achieving our partners’ targetsWorking inbound to at least two of the UK, Spain, Germany, Sweden and the USADeveloping and maintaining a great knowledge of the competitor and tour operator landscape for our partnersNurturing relationships with existing partners through effective business development and partner relationship managementKnowing relevant partners’ ticketing systems, channel managers and their capabilities inside and outContracting new distribution agents for our partnersIdentifying new opportunities and develop new relationships to drive revenue growth for our partnersE-marketing and e-mail managementCopywritingRepresenting TravelBeat partners at international business and networking eventsSelling a wide range of experience products & destinations to the travel tradeSetting up and attend domestic and international sales calls as partners or the business requires with meeting planning beforehand and follow-up afterwardWriting and amending press releases on partners’ behalfReporting back to partnersManaging TravelBeat’s and TravelBeat’s partners’ attendance at trade shows including liaising with stand builders, printers and venuesFacilitating partners’ tourism marketing and advertising campaignsBenchmarking, competitor analysis and market analysis as required by clientsFamiliarisation trip and other event managementOther relevant duties, as assignedAbility to manage multiple tasks wellHave good written and verbal communication skills and an excellent telephone mannerBe computer literate with an ability to communicate well by email, you will be provided an Apple MacbookBe proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, in particular OutlookBe numerate and with analytical skillsBe a team worker and have a positive ‘can do’ attitudeAble to work independentlyCustomer service experience of 2+ yearsAn interest in your chosen focus area (Sports & Entertainment / Culture & Heritage)Experience of working in tourism and/or tourism ticketingExperience of working within the MICE sectorDemonstrable knowledge of a tourism ticketing systems and/or OTAs portalsActive interest in tourism productsSecond language – in particular French, German, Spanish or MandarinBe proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
