WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Work in true collaboration with our clients and be responsible for brand guardianship on their projects to ensure that the client experience is as positive as possible.
Run key processes and support in a wide range of projects.
Demonstrate effective project management through the full lifecycle using project governance, escalate issues and proactively resolve problems.
Communicate with project managers and creative teams to ensure progress and updates are made.
Work closely with our clients and key stakeholders to create strong concepts from initial briefing and provide insightful feedback.
Work closely with designers to develop a brief from beginning to end.
Work with and understand the creative process as well as manage expectations and time pressures.
Assist with financial management and understanding, ensuring work is billed correctly and timely. Working with the team on account profitability.
Support or client’s growth and projects.
Internal commercial understanding: Retention of account, increase in revenue, high client satisfaction scores, improved internal processes.
WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
Articulate, engaged and confident in communicating with senior clients.
Ability to manage both individual and project workloads.
Competent in multitasking and great organisational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for delivering effective campaigns.
The ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories and content that engage the target audience.
Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task is a must.
Be the change! You prioritise environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability and how that translates into your day-to-day role.
You will be open and willing to attend Change the Brief training and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.
