Our values are:• Ambitious - we drive positive change through our expert knowledge and entrepreneurial approach• Collaborative - we bring out the best in each other and our clients• Inventive - we seek opportunity through originality and creativityResponsibilities• Work across a number of client teams; attend client calls and contribute, take accurate notes from client and internal meetings• Write for different audiences, adapting style accordingly• Lead on first drafts of client communication documents, working into senior team members• Conduct media monitoring; this may include monitoring of client news, competitor developments, political developments and analysis• Identify and engage with journalists/stakeholders and assist with relationship building (e.g. briefing documents)• Support on research tasks for existing clients /new business opportunities and manage document creation process• Play an active role in group discussion, idea creation and brainstorms• Develop digital skills to use via organic and paid means.• Own logistic and admin on client teams, to ensure smooth running• Networking internally and externallyEssential skills and experience• Excellent writing skills• Excellent time management and high level of attention to detail• Someone who has had exposure to any type of communications role, in a professional setting• A genuine interest in business, current affairs and the media• A ‘can-do’ attitude and a collaborative mindset• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentDesirable skills and experience• Experience in a PR agency desirable, but not essential• Discretionary, performance-related bonus• 26 days holiday.
