My client is an exciting and growing PR marketing agency who are now looking to further expand their already strong client services team by adding another Account Director.
These guys work with a range of blue chip clients as well as more local business, making this is the perfect opportunity for an Account Director looking to take their next steps & develop their skills within a dynamic and creative team, all whilst having exposure to a huge household name.
As an Account Director you will be leading on up to 6/7 accounts at a time to help develop digital PR and social strategies which help clients meet and exceed clients business goals. You will also be instrumental in pitching and winning new business.
In this role you will have some some direct reports so line management experience is beneficial but a desire to help more junior individual flourish is a must!
The ideal candidates will come with the following experience
· Previous proven experience in a similar position
· Experience working within an agency environment
· Experience working within an PR environment
· Proven B2B & B2C experience
· A strong writer and excelled research skills
· Confidence and experience pitching & present ideas
My client is based Oxford way and can offer a flexible hybrid working environment with 3 days in office & 2 days from home a week.
