Job DescriptionDevelop and implement strategic plans to meet company targets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Oversee a team of account managers to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with teams to ensure growth attainment.Assist in high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.Develop and manage budgets.Provide detailed reports on revenue and market performance.Attend industry events in the Leeds area and beyond. The Successful Applicant A successful Account Director should have:A solid educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldProven leadership skills with experience leading high-performing teamsStrong strategic thinking and planning abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationshipsAn innovative approach to digital marketing solutionsA deep understanding of the Media & Agency industryAbility to represent the company at industry events What's on OfferSalary £50,000 - £60,000 + OTEHybrid working as standard for all Comprehensive benefits package.
