Our belief is that in a changing industry, we must be a company that can change with it.Role Overview The strategic development of a portfolio of clients based in the alcoholic and soft drinks industry, incorporating some of Europes largest brands and pub groups, supporting the Drinks Divisional Director and an account team to maximise Delta revenue and profitability. Taking a pivotal role in the Drinks Division within The Delta Group which was created to provide our clients focus and dedication to the specific regulations and challenges surrounding the drinks industry.Primary Objectives;Ownership and delivery of agreed financial targetsDevelopment of key client relationships, including senior personnelDevelopment and execution of client account plansClient retention and development, including the selling of Delta Group servicesIdentification and sharing of best practice amongst the sales and account management teamBuilding and developing excellent relationships with other departmentsTimely, insightful and accurate reportingDelivery of great client serviceKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain a close overview of all activities being managed by the account team, with a particular focus on the quality of internal briefing and the successful delivery of key campaigns.Build strong relationships with both new and existing client.Timely and accurate forecasting of revenues in all clients.Be the primary point of escalation for client issues. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Experience working in the drinks industry on the client, agency or supplier sideExperience of Creative and Print production for POS, Branding and Events.In-depth knowledge of the legislations and corporate and social responsibilities surrounding the drinks industryInspirational team leader with ability to motivate and get the best out of othersExcellent interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships internally and externallyExcellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work to meet client and business needsCommercially astute, understands how to drive revenue and profitSound technical understanding of all Delta core servicesA ‘can do’ attitude always focused on getting the job done to the highest standards possibleAn excellent communicatorAbility to work at pace whilst maintaining great attention to detailGood IT literacy, including good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and ExcelDesired BehavioursTo be known for ‘making things happen’ through great service.We have to ensure we are jargon-free, that our first answer is ‘yes, we’ll make it happen’ and that we make it easy for our clients to understand what we do and how we add value.Can look at existing situations and problems in novel ways and come up with creative solutions.Is able to get one’s message understood clearly by adopting a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to the audience and the nature of the information.
