We're proud to be partnering with them!About the company...This is genuinely a lovely business who have a great reputation for retail marketing - from research and insight to design, print production and execution.About the role...As Account Director, you'll be supporting a Client Services Director and leading a small team. You'll be a dynamic Account Director with a proven track record in managing Point of Sale (POS) projects and campaigns. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing client relationships with some household retail and FMCG brands. You'll lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and oversee POS projects and campaigns from inception to completion as well as collaborating with clients to formulate marketing and POS strategies that align with their business goals, looking at ROI and ways to improve processes.If you have a passion for marketing, a flair for creativity, and the ability to drive results, this could be for you!About you...To be considered for this Account Director role, we're looking for someone with agency experience - expertise in Point of Sale (POS) projects and campaigns is essential. You'll be an ideas person and love a good process...but more importantly always looking out how to improve these leading to better client services and profitable solutions. You'll have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with exceptional client-facing and communication abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and marketing software is ideal. This role would suit someone looking to step up into a senior leadership role.
