Job Description: As an Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong and trusting relationships with our clients. You will be the main point of contact for all client-related matters and will work closely with our internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and projects. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients Understanding clients' business objectives and formulating effective strategies Leading brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas Overseeing campaign execution and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Providing strategic recommendations to enhance clients' marketing efforts Managing a team of creative professionals and ensuring their development Monitoring industry trends and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques Preparing and presenting regular reports to clients and senior management
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Director or in a similar role within the marketing industry Demonstrable expertise in creative thinking, strategy development, and project management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices Proficiency in relevant software packages University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
