SF Recruitment have partnered with a growing organisation near Tewkesbury who are looking to bring in an Account Director from within the events space. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to join an organisation that operate worldwide, who are innovative, and a leader in their field.
Salary: £55k-£60k
Working pattern: full time, office based
1. Leading the Account Management team. Responsible for all AM functions
2. Allocation of existing account customers and new customers to the AM team
3. Run the weekly sales meeting with the Account Management team
4. Monitoring the performance of the Account Management team by setting and reviewing goals and identifying any training needs
5. Key Contact for escalation within existing account management customer base
6. Yearly Budgeting and assigning Account Management team target's
7. Weekly Sales Report
8. Attending all key internal meetings as the representative from the Account Management team
9. Directly manage 2/3 of key customer base
10. Commercial sign off
11. Responsible for creating the Account Management yearly sales strategy
12. Identifying opportunities & keeping am keen eye on competitors and industry movements
13. Take ownership & leadership of your projects from an Account Manager's perspective
14. Be responsible for quality control in terms of equipment specification of the correct equipment not only for assigned projects but for all other ongoing projects
15. To be accountable for operational efficiency with correct margins
16. Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Heath & Safety regulations and any additional procedures required by client on-site and the client premises
17. Liaise directly with customers on & off site
18. Work within a sustainable manner / approach
19. To deliver all set KPi's
20. Increase the efficiency of the account management team by utilizing systems and processes previously applied in other businesses.
21. Visiting clients on a regular basis in a physical environment whether onsite or in their offices
22. Weekend working where required.
