strategic & operational leadership of Medical Education accounts. Your role ranges from the creation of Medical Education strategy through to operational lead responsibilities as well as having responsibility for revenue growth.Because this is a medium size independent Medical Communications Agency the owners maintain a day to day involvement. The owners have have 60 years of Pharma experience between them – therefore you will have the advantage of acquiring knowledge from people with significant medial affairs and marketing experience.You’ll have a strong sense of purpose at this agency because as an Account Director you’re very much involved in supporting the owners with the growth of the agency. Also, the owners will work with you in order to create a 5 year personal development plan which means that as well as creating programmes that help the health of patients the agency takes care of your career health. Salary & Working Pattern
The salary range offered for this role of Account Director is from £60 to 70k. You’ll enjoy a hybrid-working pattern which means 1-2 days a week in the agency’s offices. Candidate Criteria – Account Director Medical Education
You shall need to have experience of working within a client services team at a medical communications agency together with experience of delivering medical education programs at the level of Senior Account Manager or above.
