Account Director (Facilities Management & Workplace Services)

Our customer is a renowned Facilities & Workplace services business they deliver innovative FM solutions to customers in the Technology, Leisure, Corporate and Professional Services sectors. They are known as a high growth, progressive and modern business.
We are recruiting for an experienced Account Director to manage a large scale prestigious estate. Key areas of responsibility include
Financial and commercial ownership of P&L and budgetary obligations
Ensuring delivery of all FM services
Management of leadership team,
Building relationships with senior stakeholders
Harnessing project activity to drive contract growth
Identifying commercial opportunities
Developing, leading and upskilling services team
We are looking for a dynamic and driven lead who can develop customer relationships and drive growth across facilities services. Experience of managing a large P&L is essential (20mil+) .You must have managed FM and Workplace services at a senior level.
