Our client, a leading business within the leisure industry, is currently seeking an adept Account Director who has significant experience within associations and banqueting to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As an Account Director, you'll be pivotal in representing the highly-esteemed company and contributing to their dynamic expansion, securing opportunities in association, banqueting, MICE, and Group markets.
The responsibilities:
Actively seek new business opportunities within designated customer segments in alignment with the company's business plan, driving revenue growth and securing additional events.
Support sales lead conversion through effective communication, site visits, and exceptional customer service, aiming to win additional events.
Promote the company through active participation in industry exhibitions, client events, networking, and familiarisation visits.
Implement strategic account plans to achieve targets and enhance productivity.
Represent the business in relevant industry associations, contributing to their membership and activities.
