We specialise in organising B2B conferences across various industries, including Global500 and the Public Sector. Our forums span two days in exclusive settings, often upscale country hotels. Clients play an integral role in shaping the topics and themes, dictating the type of solutions they seek. We delve into their investment criteria and future procurement strategies, fostering networking and sharing of best practices.
Our organisation operates as a privately-owned SME with a turnover of around �5 million. We thrive on an entrepreneurial spirit and rapid growth models, offering ample opportunities for talented individuals. Situated in trendy Crawley town centre, our work space buzzes with youthful energy.
The role involves a blend of office tasks and frequent trips to top-notch country venues across the UK.
Responsibilities:
Participate in briefing meetings with our Production team to grasp event specifics
Identify relevant companies offering event-tied products or solutions through comprehensive web research, updating our CRM with pertinent organisations
Pinpoint senior decision-makers within these companies as potential targets
Conduct outreach programs to potential vendors, elucidating our business model and its benefits
Guide clients through our sales process, matching them with the most suitable package and closing sales successfully
Cultivate and maintain enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with key clients
Requirements:
Prior sales experience, preferably in B2B and within a telephone-based sales role
Proven ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers
Tenacious approach, adept at confidently handling objections
Driven by success and motivated by financial incentives
