Account Coordinator

A great opportunity has arisen to work as an Account Coordinator at our fast-paced Peterborough office.

This is a full-time, ongoing role with the potential for permanent placement!

The rate of pay is £12 per hour.

During the training period, you will work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

After completing the training, your schedule will be 5 days out of 7 , which will include weekend work.

The typical working hours for this role are from 6:30am to 3:30pm and 10am to 7pm , and you will be required to work all rotations.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Candidates must have their own vehicle, as occasional travel will be required.

Your Time at Work
As an Account Coordinator, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Responding to job applications
- Providing a positive customer experience
- Building and maintaining relationships with our onsite teams to understand their client's requirements and upcoming recruitment needs.
- Allocating workers to their shifts
- Processing payroll
- Updating records using Word and Excel, and completing filing

Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Account Coordinator is hard-working, reliable, and has a keen eye for detail.

They are comfortable handling a high volume of calls and have good written and spoken English.

Candidates must have their own transport and be willing to work weekends.

While experience in a similar role is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
