Location: Doncaster Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:




  • Assist in the sourcing and selection of candidates to meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate client check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and candidate placements in our CRM system.
  • Support the account management team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions to clients.



Requirements:




  • Previous experience in a recruitment or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a valid driving license and access to own vehicle for occasional client visits.
  • Ambition to progress into an Account Manager role and drive career growth.
