Account Coordinator

GBRS are currently looking for an account coordinator to join our client, based in Weston-super-Mare. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this�role will involve�working directly with�clients, members of the public and all internal departments within the business. On a day-to-day basis, you will be the driving force behind coordinating projects with project managers and providing�daily updates to the clients.

You will need to have the ability to prioritise an ever-changing workload and have a problem-solving mindset, as this role will also require you to set the daily work schedules for onsite operatives and arrange appointments with customers. You must have a confident telephone manner with the ability to deal with any confrontation that may occur.

The Account Coordinator will also�lead�update review meetings with our clients via Teams,�and maintain an updated work in progress report including submitting evidence of job completions for your accounts.

Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, all based in the office.
