We seek a dynamic and motivated Client Service / Account Manager to join the team and play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest service and support.
As a Client Services / Account Manager, you will be the bridge between a range of our clients and our creative, development and Marketing team. You’ll be the go-to person for client communications, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
This varied role will ensure that existing and new client relationships and their projects are managed to the highest standards, liaising with our clients and interpreting their requirements and the brief correctly.
A genuine passion for marketing
Understanding of digital marketing practices
Ability to juggle multiple projects with finesse
Proficiency in managing projects from concept to completion
Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations
Actively participate in the ROI/sales operations of our team
Managing project budgets and timelines
Briefing projects to the team and utilising project management software effectively
Collaborate with the team to optimise processes and achieve sales objectives
Play a vital role in enhancing our outreach efforts and acquiring new prospects
Assisting in strategic planning and goal setting with clients
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or account management.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
