You will be…

· Identifying and engaging with lapsed customers.

· Listening to customer complaints and resolving disputes.

· Negotiating new prices and contracts with existing / lapsed customers.

· Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues with customers.

The right person MUST

· Be very resilient with excellent listening skills

· Will have a calm manner with a strong customer & account management focus

· Will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with business customers

· Should be very organised with good time management

· Have a natural ability to problem solve and thrive in a busy time critical role
