Accommodation Officer needed in Dorset
The rate is £17.59ph PAYE This is a temporary role The reference number is:
92834 The successful candidate will efficiently manage all aspects of the supply of temporary accommodation. They will ensure rent is paid on each placement, following the Housing Debt Management Process to reduce liability. They will manage the physical condition of the directly managed temporary accommodation so that it is in a permanent lettable state, conduct inspections, book repairs, and maintenance, organise redecoration, and ensure any communal areas are clean and safe.
